I remain convinced that JJ wanted/planned for Rey to be Luke's kid all along, but that Rian wanted the force bond to be "romantic" instead of familial, so. Yeah.

I didn't hate everything about this movie (certainly not as much as I loathed parts of The Last Jedi) but once again, a hug at the end redeems so much of the bad. This is everything I wanted from the sequels.

And Finn is, once again, one of the saving graces of this trilogy.

I've added a note here re: Adam Driver and Kylo Ren icons. I have a lot of very personal reasons about why I won't icon this character, so just to save anyone time from requesting them.

I do not care about Kylo Ren. Adam Driver seems like a perfectly nice man, I will happily make icons of him any time, but I will not make icons of Kylo. Ever.

I am in this movie for Rey, Finn, Poe, and Leia. Everyone else can choke.
